The trainer’s colour LCD back-lit console allows for the meticulous (or more casual!) planning of the user’s exercise regime, and includes a total of 18 programs which aid fitness by varying the type and nature of the exercise being undertaken. The console provides access to a easy-to-operate magnetic brake. Built-in ergometer allows intensity of the exercise to be measured accurately which means users can gauge just how much work they have done in a training session.
