Bremshey's Explorer range is a step up from the entry-mid level 'Control' machines. The explorer range represents mid- to top-level for the home, the epitome of Bremshey's ability to provide commercial-standard at home prices. This is an elliptical trainer for the enthusiast who refuses to compromise.
Running on standard mains power the Explorer requires no special cables or rooms - just a sturdy floor. The resistance is provided by electromagnetic means which provides very smooth acceleration and deceleration and also allows for a larger number of 'gearings' than would be possible using mechanical resistance. Other advantages of an electromagnetic resistance system include less noise, less moving (and fallible) parts and no requirement for grease or oil.
Bremshey's committment to its machines is refreshing; so to its willingness to put its money where its mouth is. All machines have, as standard, a two-year parts and labour warranty for the entire machine as well as a 15-year warranty on the frame itself. This is not a machine that Bremshey expects you to break.
